Consider the cost of materials.. if you can use materials that can be found or something that people usually throw away you are ahead of the game... such as the Bottle Cap Charms... m3girldesigns

What is not too time consuming that you can create a large supply of to sell at this fair.. you have two school vacation weeks to work and Art Club time! Go for it
